These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AiThings websites, applications, and AI services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Membership plans and credit packs are described on the membership page. Prices, features, and limits may change with notice where required.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Successful purchases update your account; a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.

Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable once services or credits have been delivered or consumed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape or reverse engineer our systems, upload malware, harass others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use any guidance, including health or astrology content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AiThings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Health, fitness, spiritual, and astrology features are for entertainment and general information only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiThings and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination and governing law

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
